The letters are sent before the 1st of each month. To receive the current month's letter, be sure to subscribe by the 24th (inclusive). If you join FunFul MailClub on or after the 25th, your subscription will officially begin with the following month's mailing.

To cancel your subscription or modify your details (name, address, payment methods, etc.) click here. You must use the same email address you used to subscribe. If you are having trouble performing any of these actions, you can fill out the form below explaining your situation so that they can cancel or modify your data manually.

If you are from Spain or Europe, deliveries may occasionally take one or two weeks to a month. If more than a month has passed since the letter was sent, please contact me using the form below or by sending an email to funful@mailclub.lokcci.art. I will do my best to resolve the issue and get the letter to you as soon as possible. If you are outside of Europe, deliveries usually take about a month. If more than a month and a week has passed since the letter was sent, please contact me so we can sort this out. :)

By subscribing before 25th of this month, 25th of this month, you will receive the letter prepared this month, that is, the one from the next month. When sending the letters at the end of the month, I always keep in mind that they will reach you at the beginning of the following month, so I always consider the letter for the current month to be the one for the following month even though it is actually sent this month.

Prices vary depending on the delivery area, as the price includes shipping costs. In Spain, the cost is €11.11; for Europe, €14.14 (excluding Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Moldova, and Russia); and internationally, €16.16 (rest of the world, including the countries mentioned above). You must select the rate corresponding to your country of residence; otherwise, the subscription price may be adjusted or the order may be canceled.

The price of the products (due to shipping costs) and their variations depending on the destination (Spain, Europe, and International) are based on the current rates of Spain's national shipping company. Despite this, prices have been adjusted as much as possible to offer the most affordable option available. I sincerely regret that these rates are high, but I currently have no alternatives that would allow me to reduce them further.

In the first month of your subscription, you'll receive a loyalty card with space to stick the loyalty stickers you'll receive each month. Collect them all! At six and twelve months of subscription, you'll receive a special gift in your letter.

★ A sticker sheet or a sticker pack with the theme of the month.

★ Your first subscription includes a loyalty card that will be filled with stickers you will receive each month; after six months or a year of subscription, you will receive a surprise or gift.

Returns are not accepted. I am not responsible if the shipment arrives in poor condition (bent, wet, etc.), unless it is completely destroyed or the shipment has been lost. In that case, it will be reshipped free of charge.
